PENNSYLVANIA NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR DIRECT WINE SHIPPER LICENSES

Wineries may now apply for a Direct Wine Shipper License from the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, https://plcbplus.pa.gov/pub/Login.aspx. Louisiana Direct to Consumer rule change

Louisiana has changed the rules for shipping to consumers. If the winery has a relationship with a wholesaler, the winery may only ship to consumers if the consumer makes the purchase in the tasting room. The change became effective earlier in the year but the state will now begin enforcing the rule.
